The administrator will have to be authenticated with unique username and password with Location ID.

Agent Portal
The Agents portal will show some of the same functionalities but will not have rights as the administrator will have to the OMTMS systems.
Limitations of an Agent Portal
The agent will not be able to open a new agent without getting the permission through the administrator.
Introduction
Online Money Transfer Management Software (OMTMS), will be an online based web portal that will cover the transactions activities, admin panel, agent panel, bank panel, content management, payment information, reporting, customer information and messaging system.
Every customer will be known with its unique customer ID number followed by the unique Transaction ID number.
The Model
The figure below shows what parts of the system are connected to the OMTMS.
The administrator is connected to the OMTMS Database
Agents who are sub-agents from the Main Money Transfer Company.
Banks who are directly connected to the OMTMS database.
The Main or sub-agents website is connected to the OMTMS, for order tracking and exchange rates.
The sub-agents who are sub-sub-agents of the Main Money Transfer Company are also connected to the OMTMS Database.
